User places an order

The link of the user placing an order refers to the front-end customer or member browsing the mall website to select the product and submit the order. The system provides order management-related operations such as modifying and canceling their own orders within a certain time range, that is, during the period when the member's order is submitted to the background administrator and the order has not been confirmed by the administrator.

Confirm Order

After the member order is submitted to the mall system, the mall system administrator confirms the data information of the order, and the confirmation method is carried out by contacting the member by telephone. The content of confirmation mainly includes whether the harvest address filled in by the member is true and valid, and the relevant situation of product delivery. The system provides the administrator to confirm the validity and invalidity of the order, and the administrator of the invalid order can cancel it directly. Member orders cannot be modified if they have been confirmed.

Allocate orders

After the order is confirmed to be valid, the mall administrator will assign the order to the logistics and distribution department or personnel for stocking and shipping. The delivery of the order is done offline. The mall administrator modifies the delivery status of the online order in the mall according to the offline delivery situation for identification.

Order collection

The payment link of the order is mainly processed according to two types of cash on delivery and cash on delivery.

The payment status is generally confirmed by the financial staff on the confirmed valid orders. If it is a cash-on-delivery order, the financial staff will modify the payment status of the order according to the feedback of the delivery staff. For orders, the financial staff can confirm the status of the receipt of the order through the remittance of the post office and the arrival of the bank account.

The link of order collection is an independent link in the entire order processing process. It does not depend on any other links. As long as a valid order is confirmed, the financial staff can track the payment status.

Shipping order

Shipping an order is the actual shipping order process. The system provides the mall administrator to modify the logo of the shipment status of online member orders. In the mall system, the order processing process can be regarded as the completion stage.
