"7-day no-reason return" refers to the special after-sales service provided by users (hereinafter referred to as "sellers") to their buyers, allowing buyers to return and exchange specific products they have purchased in accordance with the provisions of these rules. Specifically, the time is calculated from the date of receipt, which is 7 days)

1、When the buyer wants to return the goods due to dissatisfaction after receiving the goods:

2、For returns and exchanges due to quality problems, all postage must be borne by the seller. No reason to return or exchange goods within seven days. Quality problems are defined as damaged or incomplete goods.

3、Returns and exchanges are required to have the complete outer packaging, accessories, hangtags, etc. when the goods are received; purchased items that have been washed, used, vandalized or disassembled will not be returned; all pre-ordered or customized special sizes will not be returned.

4、For the return and exchange of non-commodity quality problems, the buyer should bear the round-trip freight. Special reminder: In order to avoid economic losses caused by the stranded goods, the buyer should send back all returned and exchanged goods within the specified time (subject to the time shown on the logistics sign and waybill). If the returned goods cannot be sent out after the specified time, Buyers and sellers are requested to negotiate the handling method by themselves.

 

Payment conditions

1、The seller to which the buyer applies for compensation has participated in the "Consumer Protection Service" and promised to provide the "7-day no-reason return" service;

2、The buyer has requested the seller to provide the "7-day no-reason return" service but the seller has refused, or the seller cannot be contacted, or the seller has interrupted its operation or service;

3、The buyer's compensation application conforms to the relevant laws and regulations in form;

4、The amount applied for compensation is only limited to the price actually paid by the buyer;

5、The goods for which the buyer submits the "7-day no-reason return and exchange" compensation application must meet the conditions stipulated in this rule. For details, please refer to "Commodity Category and Return and Exchange Conditions";

6、The buyer's application for "7-day no reason to return and exchange" should be within 14 days from the date of successful transaction or during the refund process with "7-day no reason to return" as the reason for the return;

 

Payment process

1、On the premise of meeting these rules, buyers can initiate a "7-day no-reason return" payment application to us through the security card channel on the "Homepage - Information Feedback (Contact Us)" page;

2、After receiving the buyer's "7-day no-reason return and exchange" payment application, the seller has the right to request both parties to provide necessary proofs according to the coordination situation, and confirm and judge;

3、When the seller determines that the buyer's "7-day no-reason return" payment application is established according to the relevant rules, the seller has the right to ask the buyer to arrange the return process and logistics certificate. The seller will notify the company's financial department to contact the buyer to arrange a refund after receiving the goods. link;

4、Returns and exchanges initiated by buyers not due to product quality problems: the freight shall be borne by the buyers.
