An independent contract involving only distribution services concluded by a distribution enterprise or individual or an organization concurrently engaged in distribution business and a distribution principal. This contract is only used to adjust the rights and obligations of both parties in the process of delivery services, and the delivery behavior is the subject of the contract.

2、Affiliated Delivery Service Contract

Ancillary distribution service contracts refer to contracts for processing, trade, transportation, warehousing or other material business activities, in which the rights and obligations of distribution service activities are entered into incidentally, and distribution service activities are not independently concluded contracts. Ancillary distribution service contracts mainly include the warehousing operator and the custodian with a distribution agreement in the warehousing contract, a transportation contract with a distribution agreement, a sales contract with a distribution agreement, a logistics contract with a distribution agreement, and a production and processing contract with a distribution agreement, etc.

3、Other categories of delivery service contracts

Delivery service contracts can also be divided into regular delivery service contracts and quantitative delivery service contracts according to the time limit for performance of the contract. A regular delivery service contract refers to a contract concluded by both parties deciding to undertake certain delivery services for the principal by the delivery person during a certain period. Quantitative delivery service contract is that the delivery person will deliver a certain amount of items according to the requirements of the client, until the delivery of the quantity of items is completed, the contract will be terminated.

Distribution service contracts can also be divided into wholesale distribution, retail distribution, factory distribution and other contracts according to the identity of the distribution client; according to the different distribution materials can be divided into raw material distribution, parts distribution and other contracts; It can be divided into urban distribution, regional distribution, national distribution, international distribution, global distribution and other contracts.
